Are all of the products sold in the Milwaukee Art Museum Store available online?
The Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store offers a selection of products found in the Museum Store, including special exhibition merchandise. Many items in the Museum Store are handcrafted or one-of-a kind works of art, so we encourage you to visit us here in person. If there is a particular item of interest that is not available through our web store, please email email@example.com for assistance.
Does the Milwaukee Art Museum Store sell reproductions of works of art from the Museum's collection?
The Milwaukee Art Museum Store offers a selection of catalogues, posters, and cards based on popular museum images from the permanent collection. We also offer products created for feature exhibitions.
I am a Museum Member. How do I use my benefits online?
In most cases, using your Member benefits online is as easy as entering your Member ID (found on the back of your Membership card) in the Member ID field on page 1 of check-out. The standard 10% Member discount will be applied and when applicable, Member Shopping Rewards points will automatically accrue. Members receive free gift wrapping-choose the gift wrap option and the fee will be waived after checkout before a credit card is charged.
How does the Member Double Discount (20% off) Day work online?
When placing an order on a Double Discount Day, DON'T use your member number! Leave the Member ID field blank, and instead use promo code doublediscount at step 3 of the checkout process.
All orders placed by Members on Double Discount Days will receive the 20% discount after online checkout, before the credit card is charged. You will receive an email confirmation that the correct discount has been applied. Note: Double Discounts cannot be used with vouchers as a payment method. See the Member Shopping Rewards section for more details.
Museum Members accrue points on purchases in the Museum Store and at mam.org/store during the date range of each feature exhibition. For every $100 spent in the given time period, Members will receive a ten dollar voucher to shop for more after the feature exhibition closes. Voucher maximum value is $100. Shopping Rewards vouchers must be redeemed by the date noted on the voucher. Voucher cannot be combined with Double Discounts however, regular Member discount does apply.
How does the Free Standard Shipping for orders over $25 promotion work?
Through December 18, 2015, all online orders over $25 (after discounts are applied, taxes not included) are eligible for free standard shipping to addresses within the continental U.S. During this promotion, every qualifying order over $25 will see the FREE SHIPPING option in step 2 of checkout.
I represent an organization with tax-exempt status. Can I place a tax-exempt order online?
The Museum honors the tax-exempt status in the state of Wisconsin of eligible institutions. However, you cannot place a tax-exempt order in the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Taxes do not apply on out-of-state orders.
I represent an educational institution. Is my educational discount available online?
Educators receive a 10% discount on educational materials in the Museum Store. However, you cannot receive your discount on the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Will my order arrive in one package?
For the greatest care and protection in shipping, your items may be packaged in separate boxes. Please note that this will not affect your shipping charges (you will only be charged once for delivery of all shipments), but you may receive the boxes at different times or on different days.
Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?
Orders placed with the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store can only be shipped to a single address per order. To send gifts to more than one recipient, please place multiple orders with different shipping Information for each address.

The Milwaukee Art Museum has no other retail locations at this time.
