The Otto collection was largely inspired by the manic mark makings of the German Expressionist Otto Dix's paintings. This is seen in the raised gunmetal "iceberg" sculptural closures. The color palette of the Lucite Collection is similar to the dark and gothic feel of Dix's later works. The structure of the pieces is reminiscent of rock formations. p>
