Cival Collective was named after the archaeological site in the southern Maya lowlands that has shed light on the Pre-Classic Era of the Mesoamerican civilization's history. The craftsmanship and long-lasting design in the uncovered relics inspired the sister design duo and captured the true principles behind their Milwaukee based jewelry line. The foundation of their sustainable practice is to make long lasting, durable designs that will remain timeless; designing with the intent that these pieces will become the relics of our world, cherished and passed through time to be rediscovered after we are long gone. Focused on making ethical choices throughout their production, they first source their materials from North America.
