Arrocerías Antonio Tomás is a family run business founded in 1962, located in Sollana inside the Natural Reserve of "La Albufera". The production of Bomba rice is limited due to its delicate growth. It has the property to increase significantly in size upon cooking, absorbing all the flavors and aromas of the broth. After the cooking it always stays tasty and non-sticky. Thanks to all of it's excellent culinary qualities, many chefs consider it to be the best rice in the world, even earning the nickname "King of Rices". Bomba rice is specially recommended for "Paella".
