Are all of the products sold in the Milwaukee Art Museum Store available online?
The Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store offers a selection of products found in the Museum Store, including special exhibition merchandise. Many items in the Museum Store are handcrafted or one-of-a kind works of art, so we encourage you to visit us here in person. If there is a particular item of interest that is not available through our web store, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Does the Milwaukee Art Museum Store sell reproductions of works of art from the Museum's collection?
The Milwaukee Art Museum Store offers a selection of catalogues, posters, and cards based on popular museum images from the permanent collection. We also offer products created for feature exhibitions.
I am a Museum Member. How do I use my benefits online?
In most cases, using your Member benefits online is as easy as entering your Member ID (found on the back of your Membership card) in the correct field during check-out. Your standard 10% Member discount will be applied and when applicable, your Member Shopping Rewards points will automatically accrue. Members receive free gift wrapping service every day—simply choose the gift wrap option and the wrapping fee will be waived after checkout.
On Member Double Discount (20% off) Days, use promo code doublediscount when prompted. The 20% discount will be applied to your purchase after checkout when your membership is verified, but before your credit card is charged. You will receive an email with your final credit card total, after the Double Discount has been applied.

What are Member Shopping Rewards points?
Museum Members accrue “points” on each dollar spent in the Museum Store and at mam.org/store during the date range of each feature exhibition. For every one hundred dollars spent in the given time period, Members will receive a ten dollar voucher to shop for more after the feature exhibition closes. The voucher maximum value is $100 and it must redeem before the opening of the next feature exhibition.
How does the online holiday “Gift More, Save More” promotion work?
Purchases made at mam.org/store from December 16-December 24, 2013 are eligible for the “Gift More, Save More” promotion. For every $75 spent, earn a voucher for $10; for $100, earn $15; and for $150, earn $25. Vouchers will be sent the first week of the New Year. Qualifying purchase amounts are considered after all discounts are applied; sales tax and freight amounts do not qualify. Maximum voucher value $25. Voucher must be redeemed by February 28, 2014. I represent an organization with tax-exempt status. Can I place a tax-exempt order online?
The Museum honors the tax-exempt status in the state of Wisconsin of eligible institutions. However, you cannot place a tax-exempt order in the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Taxes do not apply on out-of-state orders.
I represent an educational institution. Is my educational discount available online?
Educators receive a 10% discount on educational materials in the Museum Store. However, you cannot receive your discount on the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Will my order arrive in one package?
For the greatest care and protection in shipping, your items may be packaged in separate boxes. Please note that this will not affect your shipping charges (you will only be charged once for delivery of all shipments), but you may receive the boxes at different times or on different days.
Can my order be shipped to multiple addresses?
Orders placed with the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store can only be shipped to a single address per order. To send gifts to more than one recipient, please place multiple orders with different shipping Information for each address.
