For fastest service, we recommend that you order online. You will receive an email order confirmation when your order is placed. It will include an itemized list of your order, cost of each item and a total.
If you prefer, you may place your order by telephone at (414) 224-3210, Monday – Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Thursday until 8PM CST. If you need to reach us outside of these hours please leave a voice message or email email@example.com. We will contact you by the end of the next business week.
The Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, debit cards, in-store gift cards, or in-store credit. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.
To recieve your 10% member discount, enter your Member Number located on the back of your membership card under the title 'Donor ID' in the Member ID field in Step 1 of the Check-out process and click on the "Continue" button. Your savings will appear automatically. If you do not know your member discount code please enter the full name of the member listed on the card in the Member ID field. We will look up your membership information and contact you with any questions or concerns.
Most items can be specially packaged for gift giving for an additional $5 per item. We offer our white gift wrap with signature ribbon. A gift receipt and gift card with your personalized message can be included with a gift shipment.
Shipments within Wisconsin are charged based on customer’s local or county sales tax. Out-of-state customers will not be charged a sales tax.
If you would like to make a return, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending us your return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. Posters and clearance items are not returnable. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging and condition. Please enclose email order confirmation or gift receipt (packing list) with return. Insure all items over $100 for the full amount of the invoice. Shipping, insurance, gift wrap, and handling charges are non-refundable. Please note the Milwaukee Art Museum Online Store will only issue exchanges or in-store credits for returned gift items.
Merchandise Damaged in Transit
Please notify us immediately at email@example.com. Claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. Damaged merchandise must remain in the original packaging. Your email order confirmation or gift receipt (packing list) must be included with return. Replacement merchandise will be sent or credit given once the return is received.
